Dashboard
The Dashboard is your hub for strategic licensure management. The menu is always available for navigation, regardless of where you are on the platform. You can access these features anytime during your session.
The menu includes access to the DASHBOARD, QUICK LICENSE SEARCH, REPORTS, and VIRTUAL FILE CABINET.
Clicking on the Quarterly and Monthly Expiration Tiles for Branch and Personnel License Expirations generates a Standard Expiration Report identifying expiring licenses for your facility and personnel.

Reports
Our Standard Reports are designed to support Operations, Clinical, and Sales teams by providing the necessary data and information to complete essential tasks.
Standard Reports are designed to meet the needs of industry vendors and networks, and to support license applications with required attachments.

Quick License Search
The Quick License Search allows users to directly access a specific license by entering the License Number or using the filter to search for licenses held by a particular branch location.

Virtual File Cabinet
(optional)
With remote teams, companies need centralized digital file access. The Virtual File Cabinet offers real-time document access via SharePoint, Google Drive, or your server, allowing efficient review of licensure documents.

Locations, Staff & Licenses
This link will be frequently used throughout the session. Searches can be refined by legal name, branch type, or the branch’s state and city. Through the Locations, Staff, and License area of SingleSource, users will experience the benefits of strategic licensure management principles.

Branch Details
The Branch Details page contains all the necessary information to complete applications and provide accurate location and management details to staff. Additionally, from the Branch Details, you can monitor and manage licenses, inspections, audits, sanctions, and any changes to the license or location.

Licenses Held
The Licenses Held page displays all licenses associated with the branch. By default, these licenses are sorted by State. However, you may click on any column header in the blue bar to sort the information by License Number, Effective Date, Expiration Date, or Status.

License Information
Under Manage Licenses is License Information. Here, you can add new license numbers, process renewals, update fees, and track online usernames and passwords.

Manage Staff / Personnel
Effectively managing your licensed personnel is crucial to maintaining your facility’s licenses. The “Manage Staff/Personnel” option functions similarly to the “Manage Branch Locations” page, allowing you to search for staff by their employment location or locate a specific individual using the provided search fields.

Personnel Information
Click the Details button to view an employee’s record on the Personnel Information page. This page includes licenses, annual training, and current assignment location. You can also set up email notifications for license expirations.
